ContentGuard provides a digital fingerprinting and tracking service to help creators identify where their video content appears online. We provide information and reports, but we are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or legal enforcement services.
You represent and warrant that:
We support the protection of lawful adult content. However, strict zero-tolerance policies apply to illegal material. Any account found attempting to process illegal content will be immediately terminated and reported to relevant authorities.
The "Early Access" fee is a one-time payment granting lifetime access to specific features (tracking of up to 20 videos). This fee is non-refundable unless the Service fails to launch publicly. We reserve the right to modify pricing for future public plans.
The Service is provided "AS IS". While we strive for extensive coverage, we do not guarantee that our crawlers will find every instance of your content on the internet. ContentGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
For Lifetime Access accounts, video slots are fixed. You may only replace a registered video fingerprint within 24 hours of submission (in case of error). After 24 hours, the slot is permanently utilized.
